Tata Electronics Private Ltd on Friday (January 19) said it has appointed Srinivas Satya as the head of the supply chain and component business unit.
Satya started his career with Applied Materials in 1995 holding various leadership roles in technology, M&A and business development, operations, sales, and finance.
Until recently, he was the President and Managing Director of Applied Materials India, a position he held for eight years.
Commenting on the appointment, Randhir Thakur, CEO and MD of Tata Electronics, said, “His extensive leadership experience, passion for performance, and customer orientation strengthen our component business unit and supply chain.”

Satya completed his BTech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras, has a Master’s from the University of Illinois, an MBA from the University of California (UC Berkeley), and an MS in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is also a certified financial analyst.
