Travel expert shares one trick for tech-savvy tourists to pack electronics in a cabin bag

A travel expert has given advice to tech-savvy fans and shared an easy way to pack all things electronic in one slim tab.

Chelsea, who runs a social media account The Cheap Holiday Expert, showed her way to pack a three-day ski trip using just hand luggage.

Using her trusted 45L Patagonia duffel bag (which was sadly sold out but you can get a similar 2-in-1 duffle backpack from lululemon ), she kept her thick ski outfits in vacuum-sealed bags to save space.

She said: “Next is toiletries, I’ve already put all my liquids together — my tip is decant everything! This is my toothpaste in a small jar and then, we are onto electronics.

For all things electronic, she used an organiser so her cables and chargers won’t get lost in the bag

“I’ve probably got more than most, so I use this organiser to put all my wires in. This is my universal adapter, which saves me so much space.”

She added in caption and praised it a “great present”. The exact organiser that Chelsea used is from a brand called Cocoon. It comes with three size options — extra small, small and extra large.

She managed to fit all the cables in a £12.95 Cocoon GRID-IT! Organizer Small 7.25 Inch x 9.25 Inch.

Featuring a unique weave of rubberised elastic bands, the organiser slab can hold charging cables, headphones, adapters or even hard disks.

The cables won’t get tangled up when you secure them using the bands and the paperboard-like design doubles as a compartment divider for your cabin bag.

Chelsea put her laptop in the duffle bag and said: “We’ve got room left but I’ve actually left it for a good reason. As I’m only allowed to bring one small cabin bag, I have to put my small personal bag inside.”

Chelsea also ditched extension cables and plug for a universal adapter
