The Redmi 13C 4G, which was globally unveiled in November, is set to launch in India on December 6. It follows the Redmi 12C, which was released in December 2022. The phone will be available in both 4G and 5G variants, with the 5G model making its global debut in India. Redmi India has announced that the 5G variant will feature MediaTek’s Dimensity 6100+ chipset. It is expected to be priced below Rs. 15,000 and come with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The 4G model’s processor has not been confirmed but is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC.
The Indian version of the Redmi 13C 4G will come in Stardust Black and Star Shine Green colors and feature a 50-megapixel primary rear camera. More details about both variants are expected to be revealed closer to the launch date.
The global Redmi 13C 4G model runs on Android 13-based MIUI 14 and comes in three RAM and storage configurations. It has a 6.74-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 450 nits. The phone also includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro shooter, an 8-megapixel front sensor, and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W wired charging support.
